These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Task.gg Discord bot ("Task.gg", "we", "us", or "our"). By adding, using, or interacting with Task.gg on Discord you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
Task.gg is a productivity bot for Discord that helps users manage tasks, reminders, notes, and schedules. Task.gg provides features within Discord servers and direct messages to help organize and automate reminders and tasks.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Task.gg. If you are under 18, you may use the bot only with the consent of a parent or guardian and in accordance with applicable law.
By using Task.gg, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published by Task.gg. We may modify these Terms at any time; changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date.
Task.gg uses your Discord account ID and related server information to provide features. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account. We do not require a separate Task.gg account — access is via your Discord identity.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, or send through Task.gg (including tasks, reminders, notes). You must not use Task.gg to store or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.
Task.gg and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Task.gg's developer. You may not reproduce or redistribute our code or assets without permission.
Task.gg relies on the Discord API and other third-party services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Task.gg you consent to the collection and use described there.
Task.gg is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that features will meet your needs, or that stored data will never be lost. Use the bot at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Task.gg and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bot. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed €100 (or equivalent in your currency).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Task.gg and its developer from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the bot or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Task.gg at any time for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. You may stop using Task.gg at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will post material changes to these Terms with an updated "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction (unless local law requires otherwise). If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
